Harriet Dupree Bradley

Harriet has owned and operated Dupree Catering since 1986. She holds an undergraduate degree in fine arts from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee and a diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London, England. Harriet is the founder and CEO of the meal assembly franchise, Entrée Vous, which has kitchens located throughout the United States.

 





Eileen

Eileen McCormick

Eileen is our Manager of Operations. She has worked for Dupree Catering for more than 12 years as a sales executive and event coordinator. Prior to working for Dupree, McCormick owned a catering business and a successful restaurant called The Inn Between in Lexington, and was Executive Chef at the Kentucky Governor's Mansion. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and continued her education at the French Culinary Institute in New York City.

 





Cooper

Cooper Vaughan

Cooper, our Director of Development, focuses on training Dupree's staff in the art of five-star service and also handles event coordination. A native of Lexington, Vaughan began working for Dupree Catering while attending Transylvania University. There he earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He continued his education at Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London, England where he received their Grand Diploma. After graduation, Cooper worked at the Inn at Blackberry Farm, a five-star, nationally recognized hotel in Tennessee. He also managed Fossett's Restaurant at Keswick Hall, an Orient Express property in Charlottesville, VA.

 





Lucy

Lucy Gardner

Lucy keeps things running smoothly in our office and uses her creative talents in event coordination, as well. During her extensive travel in Europe, she developed a love and appreciation for fine food and service which inspired her to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Lucy graduated from Transylvania University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

 





Jimmy

Jim Brashear

Since 1996, Jim has held the title of Event Manager. As such, he coordinates every aspect of an event, including its décor, floral design, food presentation, and staff. And with over 20 years of experience in catering, including 12 years as the owner of his own catering company, Jim is eminently qualified for the job. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.
