Cooper Vaughan
Cooper, our Director of Development, focuses on training Dupree's staff in the art of five-star service and also handles event coordination. A native of Lexington, Vaughan began working for Dupree Catering while attending Transylvania University. There he earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He continued his education at Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London, England where he received their Grand Diploma. After graduation, Cooper worked at the Inn at Blackberry Farm, a five-star, nationally recognized hotel in Tennessee. He also managed Fossett's Restaurant at Keswick Hall, an Orient Express property in Charlottesville, VA.
